Who let the dogs out?

On Monday, we had Family Home Evening (Family Night). Before we start we let the kids pick a song that they would like us to sing together as a family. So Hudsen went first and she picked Do as I'm Doing. Then we asked Clarke what song he wanted to sing and he said, "Who Who" (Who let the dogs out?, which is one of his favorite songs). It was so funny cause we actually sang it. He was so excited, he was jumping, dancing and singing.

Playing House/School/Church

Clarke and Hudsen for the most part play really well together. Whenever they play House, School, and Church, these are the people they pretend to be.

When ever they play House, Clarke is Daddy and Hudsen is Sweetie.
When ever they play School, Hudsen is Miss Sherri and Clarke is Mr. Earl.
And when ever they play Church, Clarke is a Missionary and Hudsen is Sister Snow.

Names of course were chosen by Hudsen. :) I thought it was too funny so I had to record this in our blog so I would always remember.

Magic Mountain

Mommy and my cute nose picker on the train.

Daddy and Hudsen in the Tweety cages.

Just a fun family outing to Magic Mountain.

Key Club

Ryan and I, and a few of our buddies went to the Key Club Friday night to see After Midnight Project play. Holy cow!!! They were amazing. I have been wanting to check this band out for a while now, because their drummer (Dan) is a friend of ours from our ward. Ryan and I are kind of addicted and keep singing their songs. :) They are awesome you have to check them out. I believe they have an album coming out this summer but I'll keep you posted.

Tough Guy

Today our little guy fell down the stairs. It was the saddest thing. My heart still hurts thinking about it. He was playing in the loft with Hudsen and all of a sudden we hear a big bang. I screamed and Ryan and I both jumped up and he flipped twice before I could get to him. He cried just for a little bit, seriously not even a minute. As I held him, he told Ryan and I, "Ah head, Ah ha pat." (I hurt my head, I want a Ice pack). So Ryan got him his Cars ice pack which he absolutely loves, anytime he gets hurt or someone else gets hurts or if he sees an old scratch or bruise he will say, "Ah Owie, Ah ha pat". Band aids used to heal everything but now it's his ice pack. He held it to his head for about 3 seconds and was totally happy and ready to play again. We love our tough little guy.
