Who let the dogs out?

On Monday, we had Family Home Evening (Family Night). Before we start we let the kids pick a song that they would like us to sing together as a family. So Hudsen went first and she picked Do as I'm Doing. Then we asked Clarke what song he wanted to sing and he said, "Who Who" (Who let the dogs out?, which is one of his favorite songs). It was so funny cause we actually sang it. He was so excited, he was jumping, dancing and singing.

Playing House/School/Church

Clarke and Hudsen for the most part play really well together. Whenever they play House, School, and Church, these are the people they pretend to be.

When ever they play House, Clarke is Daddy and Hudsen is Sweetie.
When ever they play School, Hudsen is Miss Sherri and Clarke is Mr. Earl.
And when ever they play Church, Clarke is a Missionary and Hudsen is Sister Snow.

Names of course were chosen by Hudsen. :) I thought it was too funny so I had to record this in our blog so I would always remember.

Magic Mountain

Mommy and my cute nose picker on the train.

Daddy and Hudsen in the Tweety cages.

Just a fun family outing to Magic Mountain.

Key Club

Ryan and I, and a few of our buddies went to the Key Club Friday night to see After Midnight Project play. Holy cow!!! They were amazing. I have been wanting to check this band out for a while now, because their drummer (Dan) is a friend of ours from our ward. Ryan and I are kind of addicted and keep singing their songs. :) They are awesome you have to check them out. I believe they have an album coming out this summer but I'll keep you posted.

Tough Guy

Today our little guy fell down the stairs. It was the saddest thing. My heart still hurts thinking about it. He was playing in the loft with Hudsen and all of a sudden we hear a big bang. I screamed and Ryan and I both jumped up and he flipped twice before I could get to him. He cried just for a little bit, seriously not even a minute. As I held him, he told Ryan and I, "Ah head, Ah ha pat." (I hurt my head, I want a Ice pack). So Ryan got him his Cars ice pack which he absolutely loves, anytime he gets hurt or someone else gets hurts or if he sees an old scratch or bruise he will say, "Ah Owie, Ah ha pat". Band aids used to heal everything but now it's his ice pack. He held it to his head for about 3 seconds and was totally happy and ready to play again. We love our tough little guy.

I Love You

WARNING----------- This is for journaling purposes and contains mushy stuff. It's for my amazing family. I just want them to know how much I love them. I think I sometimes take the simply things for granted and just wanted to say Thank you and I love you.

Dear Ryan, I can't even put into words how much I love you. Just thinking about how much I love you, Hudsen and Clarke hurts. It sounds silly, but it does. What a lucky girl I am to have you. You are such a blessing in my life, you have been since the day we met. Thank you for all you do for our family, For working so long and hard to keep a roof over our heads and food on our table and making it possible for Me to stay home with Hudsen and Clarke. Thank you for being such a wonderful father. I love how you always play and wrestle with the kids. They love you so much. You really are their hero. Thank you for loving me, and for always being quick to forgive me. Thank you for always making me laugh, for cheering me up when I'm sad. Thank you for always loving me and making married life so easy and fun. I love you so much Ryan, and am excited to spend eternity with you. - Love, Steph

Dear Hudsen, Oh sweet, beautiful girl. I love you so much. You are such a blessing in my life. I love how caring and loving you are of others. You are such a good girl and such an example to me. Thank you for being patient with me. You're the Best!! I want you to know that Mommy is so proud of you and that I love you so much. You bring me so much happiness. I love you forever. -Love, Mom

Dear Clarke, You are such a joy in my life. You always keep me on my toes, always guessing what crazy thing you'll do next. But I love it and I wouldn't want you any other way. You are always so fun and happy. Thank you for always making me smile. I love your sweet little voice when you pray, when you boss me around, when you tell me I ya you (I love you). Thank you for being in my life. You're the Greatest! I love you forever. - Love, Mom

Yellow People

Hudsen and I were watching American Idol last night. During a commerical there was a small preview for The Simpsons. Hudsen asked, "Can we watch that cartoon with the yellow people?" I thought it was so funny. She cracks me up.

Fun Weekend

Clarke fell asleep in Emmett's bouncer.

Happy little Emmett

A bunch of cute kids. I wanted to take a picture of the boys with their Handy Manny PJ's on and of course Hudsen had to be in there too. :)

We had a really fun weekend being with family. It started on Saturday morning where we went to Ryan and Mel's for a delicious breakfast. (Thanks Again, Mel) We got to see Jenny, Ty and Thatcher who were in town visiting. It was such a fun morning. Then that afternoon Aubri , Daniel (Danul as Hudsen says it or Deeno as Clarke says it :)) and Emmett came. It was a lot of fun. We basically just hung out and Aubri helped me decorate. Aubri is amazing. She helped me decorate our house in Hesperia too when we lived there. I'll share pictures later. My memory card is full as always.

Clarke, Hudsen & Extreme Makeover Home Edition

Clarke Talk- "Ah ball. Ah bed. Ah tandy. Ah have some."
Our Sleeping Beauty. Hudsen is like her Mommy, she falls asleep anywhere.

I was in town visiting my Mom and Dad in Phelan and heard that Extreme Makeover Home Edition was in town so of course I had to go check it out. It was really cool. There were so many volunteers, it really was amazing how fast everything was moving along. They are building a house and a animal learning center. I didn't see Ty, but the picture below has 2 other designers that i like. Hudsen and Clarke didn't really care that we were there, they just had fun playing in the dirt and collecting sticks. I'm not sure when it will air, so set your Dvr's so that you can see Mine and Ryan's old home town.
